We called up Eric and he connected us with Billy and Nick and literally within 10 hour - we had a brand new car delivered to our house! Attention here was Not the problem. Personnel was quite friendly and amicable. I went in led by and advertised vehicle that stated its condition to be "EXCELLENT", and the definition of such is, that such vehicle is found to be close to show room condition, both outside with No dents, Visible Scratches or Paint Blemishes. After we signed the final document, and the vehicle, an VW Atlas 2019 was taken in for detailing, my wife pointed out a Visible Scratch on the Passenger side Mid door, and this after both my wife and I had previously taken a very close look, to carefully see that the Body would be CLEAN and Free from Scratches, When notified to the Salesperson, she simply refused our claim and stated that the vehicle was sold As is, but that is Not the case with us. We assured that it wasn't there, and then I was told I would geta Gift card (?) to use it for the Repair at Your Shop, but after 14 days already, I have Not received such Gift Card and Not informed or directed as to how or when to bring my vehicle to get this taken care of. I believe that this Not how Universal Hyundai do business or treat a customer who had previously purchased a vehicle there. So, I do ask of you to contact me via Call, Text or Email to let me know how soon I can bring my Atlas and have your shop take care of what is due. While there I will ask for them to take a close look at the Front end to determine where the shaking and vibration that is felt on and off while driving through local (well paved) roads' Other than this, and been quite thirsty for gas, she seems to be very well behaved while driving on an uninterrupted road. Is quite comfortable and Spacious, which is what I was looking for and one I could afford to pay cash; As I did. I look forward to you reply with a Positive Response to my minor complaint. Having this taken care off, I would not hesitate to let everyone know of your caring service and how you make sure your customers are well taken care of, This will lead me to recommend you to all of my Friends and Family. I received a great deal on my Genesis. I would not purchase a Genesis from a combined Hyundai and Genesis dealership. Our salesman was also working with another customer. He was back and fourth between both of us. Our salesman was working with me on the app for the car. The internet was having problems. I do not fault the dealership on that issue. However this should have been taken care of the next day. Dealership was busy. The salesman did not show me the functions on the car or help set up the programs to me. Just showed knob shifter, radio, and AC. I asked for the tires to be balanced and rotated. The front tires were worn on the outside of tire. I was told that this normal wear and needed to take care of it on my next car service. I went to my local stand Genesis dealership and what a difference. They took the time to show me everything about the car. I recommend going to a Genesis dealership to get one on one and customer service. The local Genesis did not have to take their time to show me the features on the car or how to set the functions on the car. This is customer service. I will do business with my local Genesis. I will not do service with Universal Genesis.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at Universal Hyundai Orlando. Our Hyundai Santa Cruz has only 5,038 miles on it and is practically brand new. Around 11:30 a.m., the front driver's side caliper locked up while we were traveling. After a local mechanic confirmed no local dealerships, including Universal Hyundai Orlando, had the part, we were directed to Universal Hyundai Orlando because the caliper was under warranty and we could get a rental car while waiting for the part to arrive. When we arrived, we immediately explained our situation to Micheal in the service department. We told him we were traveling, over four hours from home with a 2-year-old, and on our way to Kansas for my grandmother's funeral. Given the circumstances, we expected clear communication and reasonable customer service. We were told they needed to confirm the issue was warranty-related and then would provide a rental vehicle. I again explained that the mechanic had already confirmed they did not have the part, so it should be a quick determination. We were told it would take a couple of hours and were even offered a Lyft so we could leave while they checked it out. We went to Gatorland and waited for a call or text. Three hours later, we still had not heard anything, so we returned to the dealership. At that point, we were told our vehicle was "next in line." Another hour passed with no update. I asked to speak with a manager because Micheal was clearly just placating us. That is when we were directed to Pablo V. He said he would look into the situation, but I watched him spend roughly 45 minutes walking around before eventually going outside. He never returned with an update. After nearly six hours of waiting, I went outside myself to ask if we could simply get a vehicle and leave. Pablo V. was outside speaking with Micheal and told us he was not even sure the vehicle would be looked at that day because we did not have an appointment. This was the first time anyone had mentioned that possibility. I reminded him that we had explained our situation when we arrived--that we were traveling to Kansas for my grandmother's funeral and had nowhere to go until we received a rental vehicle. His response was to laugh and tell me that rental cars could not be taken out of state. At that point, all I could think about was the six hours we had wasted waiting on information that could have been communicated much earlier. Had anyone been honest with us from the beginning, we could have secured our own rental car at 1:00 p.m. Instead, we sat there all day with no meaningful updates. After that interaction, I asked one of Pablo V.'s colleagues for his business card because I intended to include him in this review. About 30 minutes later, Pablo V. came over and asked why I wanted his card. When I explained my frustration, he told me he was sorry that I had "interpreted his actions wrongly," effectively blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility. What made the conversation even more frustrating was that he then informed me he was not even the manager of the service department and could not really help with the situation. Had I known that from the beginning, I could have gone directly to the appropriate person instead of wasting more time. We finally left Universal Hyundai Orlando at 8:00 p.m. in a rental car that we had to pay for ourselves. Vehicle problems happen, and I understand dealerships get busy. What I do not understand is the lack of communication, the wasted time, and the dismissive attitude we experienced from Pablo V. and the staff. A nearly brand-new Hyundai Santa Cruz with only 5,038 miles should not have experienced a caliper failure, and customers dealing with an unexpected breakdown while traveling to a family funeral deserve far better treatment. We lost over eight hours, are now a day behind schedule, and still left paying for our own rental car. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experience
