took my 720 oil change appointment said it would take 2 hours showed up 1.5 hours later and everyone was gone and my key was no where to be found to this date ,no manager contact and they have not returned my key. I was given one price on the site and when I received the final price it included a 3000.00 reconditioning fee, which on its own shows that you lied about the price of the vehicle, 2) the vehicle only had 12000 miles so there is no way you did 3000.00 of "Reconditioning to it". I brought my 2024 Palisade to Universal Hyundai (Orlando) on July 19 while visiting from Atlanta after engine warnings appeared. They kept my car, then told me on July 22 it was ready. I had to fly back from Atlanta on July 26 to pick it up.

Absolutely terrible service department! Don't respond or communicate with customers as promised. We have been waiting for months for a response from Andres regarding our repairs. Contacted the leadership team and they also are not helpful or responsive. We purchased the car believing in the services related to being a Genesis dealer and they have not lived up to the expectations. Truly disappointing.

Salesman at beginning of looking was great her name was Laura and then she got help from Pablo. Too bad Pablo forgot who we were the next day because there was a part missing from the car. No one explained to us on how the buttons in the car worked and when we get an oil change or when the tag would be transferred. They were fine when we were buying but ignored us when we gave them the money.
